Mad About Muku

It’s Saturday morning and I’m sitting in a little patch of sun trying to thaw out my fingers before I make a batch of pancakes to kick start the weekend. Contemplating which handmade delights I’d share with you today, a charming little face in a pair of knee patch braces and britches  by muku jumped up and caught my attention.

This handmade kids collection by muku is a charming mix of nostalgic concepts {like braces, knee patches and tweed} with a contemporary flair. I don’t know about you, but when taking in the beauty of the little models all dressed up in their muku gear… I was completely swept up in it’s charm.

Muku is the creation of Dole and Mija, artists, parents and creative souls. Their favoured materials include soft, natural fabrics such as wool and cotton, in cosy muted tones. Their aesthetic is simple, classic and relaxed.
