Eco-Sunday... Organic Kids Favourites

Sunday’s were made for sleeping in, having a late breakfast, perhaps a wander down to the park to kick about some fallen leaves… tea on the back deck in the afternoon… a freshly made batch of scones… *snap* you wake up to the sound of a wailing baby, the carnage of Saturday night {aka kids party night} and Mount Everest on the washing machine… doh!

Cheeky Chickies Organic Kids Clothing

Today I thought I’d share three fabulous eco-friendly labels that I’m currently coveting for winter wardrobe essentials. First up is the Cheeky Chickies Free Range Clothing Collection. It’s made from 100% certified organic cotton and is bright, bold and fabulous for layering up and down to suit the weather.

If this range suits your style, don’t forget to enter our June competition to win a Cheeky Chickies outfit. You can enter by signing up to our news and get an extra entry by leaving a comment on our first of the month post.

Monte and Tex Organic Kids Clothing

Our second label today is a modern collection of organic baby clothing from Sydney based label Monte + Tex. The label is designed by 28 year old Mum Alisha Oxley and is made from sustainable eco-friendly bamboo. Monte + Tex is available online at cornflowerblue… snap up your favourites this week during the cornflowerblue stocktake sale and save 20%.. yippee!

Organic Kids Jeans by Organic Boy

Lucky number three, gorgeous organic kids jeans from Organic Boy and Friends. This Melbourne based label produces organic tees, singlets, blankets and even undies, but the denim is my personal favourite. They’re available in sizes 1-6, boys or girls and feature water based ink prints on the pockets.

Well that’s all for today friends, I hope you enjoy your Sunday afternoon. The housework can wait til Monday {or Tues… or Wed…} I say, relax and put your feet up instead. Chocolate might also help.

Share the love!
