CRUMB Handmade Kids Clothing + Giveaway

If you drop by {KID} independent from time to time you’ll know that I’m a fan of retro silhouettes and vintage fabrics. I also adore kids collection with character. Today I’d like to introduce you to a new Australian handmade label called CRUMB.

CRUMB Handmade Kids Clothing

The CRUMB collection is handmade in Melbourne by mother and daughter team Lynelle and Mary Morgan. Mary is a sewing extraordinaire, complete with a lifetime of experience in design and dressmaking. Lynelle works alongside her mum, designing and adapting patterns and learning her way around a Janome.

The inspiration behind CRUMB came about after designer Lynnelle’s little man was born and she faced the task of finding unique outfits that suited her style {i.e. minus skulls, trucks and pirates}. She and her mum starting whipping up some outfits from vintage patterns, which soon began to create quite a stir… it was clear that the world was ready for something different!
