Things I Love... Sarah from the Finders Keepers

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am one half of the ladies behind the Finders Keepers which is an indie design & art market held twice a year in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. We also spend a lot of time on our website posting about featured designers, shops, websites and events each week! Lots of inspiring things to keep you entertained from many talented designers from all around Australia.

Things I Love

I am very chuffed to be asked to write a guest post for {KID} independent and I hope you enjoy it, or perhaps learn something new from it!

  1. I’m a little bit biased but I am so proud of the events we had for 2010 and I loved working on them and shopping up a storm! I’m also so happy with the designers, artists and musicians that we worked with too.
  2. I discovered this blog a few months ago called Where The Lovely Things Are and it’s now one of my favourite reads. It’s always inspiring & entertaining!
  3. My new obsession with Tumblr and image sharing!
  4. Discovering a new magazine to add to the favourites: Uppercase.
  5. My Frankie Magazine 2011 Diary to get me prepared for the exciting year ahead.
  6. For my birthday this year to celebrate Alice In Wonderland hitting cinemas I held a Mad Hatters Tea party. It was so much fun decorating and baking for it and everyone dressed up! I might have to hold another one in 2011.
