Things I Love... Indi from KID independent

Hi folks! I hope you’ve had an absolutely wonderful Christmas and are soaking up the sunshine & kicking back with an icy cold beverage {or a cup of hot chocolate if you’re in the Northern Hemisphere}. I’m off on a family holiday today, so I’ll be entertaining you over the next week or so with a series of guest posts entitled “things i love” by some of my favourite artsy and crafty people…

Best of 2010 by Indi from KID independent

Before I introduce you to our fabulously talented guest bloggers, I thought that I should start off by sharing some of the things that entertained me this year. I couldn’t possibly even try to name my favourite indie labels of 2010 as the list would be… well, as long as this entire website! So I’ve picked out a few of the simple things in life that made me smile in 2010. Of course, my family made me smile the absolute most, so I should start by sending them a big round of hugs.

So what’s on the list?

  1. I spend way too much money buying kitschy vintage stuff on Etsy.
  2. I can’t live without the daily affection of my puppy dog.
  3. I’m guilty of indulging my Blythe doll addiction on a regular basis.
  4. My top pick for the kids fashion style of the year is the retro playsuit.
  5. I need my daily cup of Merlo coffee to start the day.
  6. Gelato on a Saturday afternoon… mmmm.
