Hey folks, happy Wednesday! It’s review time, and we’re quite excited this week to bring you a story about a talented design named Agata and her lovely little handmade label Miszkomaszko. Agata works with bright colours and quirky illustrations to create a modern take on classic toys, like these flip dolls.
Agata has cheerfully dubbed her flip doll collection, “playable art”, which we agree is a perfectly apt description. The dolls are made from colourful cottons, and feature screen printed designs and embroidered accents.
We had a ton of fun trying out the cat and teddy design, and can see that this is a toy that will hold up well, even with rough play and enthusiastic cuddles. The dolls are filled with soft silicone fibre filling, which makes them not only machine washable (a huge plus) but also very light and easy to squeeze into your bag or other tight spots.
The colours are so bright that the doll immediately grabbed the attention of Mr-Two-Point-Five and the flip skirt is perfect for storytelling… boy, that cute little bear and his best friend kitty cat sure did get up to some amazing adventures!
The verdict… Imaginative, artistic, and tons of fun!
