The Squeegees presents... Veggie Soup!

Introducing Veggie Soup, a new album by the The Squeegees, a family friendly band featuring songwriters Samantha Tobey and Pierre de Reeder, along with members Chris Phillips, Moni Wood, Adriana Suyama, and Anne Marie Ceralvo. This album has a positive and upbeat vibe, with songs about eating healthy, nature, movement, eco-consciousness, and animal welfare. Here’s our review.

Veggie Soup by The Squeegees

There are a few tracks on this album that I particularly like, although I must start with “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” – sure, it’s a cover, but I just adore that song (every time I hear it). I also like “Keep it Green” for both its eco-friendly storyline and its easy listening melody.

The song “Dancing” is super fun as we love a good boogie in this house, and I also like “I Can I Can” – both of these tunes are great for getting kids moving, and also teaching them to listen to instructions… “dance, dance, dance, dance….. STOP!” Lastly, the bluesy grooves of “Rainy Day” are extremely addictive and will be stuck in your head all day!
