KID Tested... We Heart UncommonGoods!

UncommonGoods is one of my go-to places for handcrafted, ethical, and unique gifts. These guys are based in Brooklyn, New York but are happy to ship worldwide. Their business ethos is all about fair working conditions, supporting talented artisans, and giving back to their local community. Today we’re testing an item from the UncommonGoods kids range – the Stack and Scare Block Set.

UncommonGoods Stack and Scare Block Set

I’m seriously digging the graphics on these quirky cubed creatures… so much so that I spent way too much time (for a grown up) playing with them in my office when I should have been doing something off my huge “to do” list.

This set comes with 18 blocks featuring a variety of heads, hands, feet, and patterns, which allow you to make all kinds of oddball creations. The folks at Uncle Goose handcraft this Stack and Scare Block Set from Maple, Basswood, and Non Toxic Ink. The whole kit and caboodle comes packed in a really cool storage box, which makes it perfect for gift giving. These blocks are suitable for ages 3 and up. You can check out more handmade Christmas gift ideas from UncommonGoods here.

The verdict… Incredibly cool and ridiculously fun!
