Hello baobab and thank you for another fabulous start to the Australian chilly season! This sweet collection is all about punchy colours blended with laid back basics, seriously striking stripes, and playful details like elbow patches, shell buttons, and multi-coloured studs. My top picks for the season? The V Neck Striped Dress and the Orange Harem Jeans. LOVE!
Baobab is designed in Australia and made in India in ethical, fair trade conditions. The winter 2013 range caters for newborn to 10 (for girls) and 6 (for boys) and the cotton knits are made from super soft certified organic fabric. All of the garments retail for under $60, and with superb quality, and tons of unisex mix-and-match pieces to choose from, they can be passed down between siblings to keep the style alive!
I’m seriously digging this Winter 2013 collection, handmade by the super stylish Kerstin at Paul & Paula kids clothing. This Melbourne label is one of my personal favourites, and I’m always excited to see what’s new each season. I’m a little bit (okay… a LOT) smitten with those Liberty Skinny Jeans! The full collection will be released shortly.
This extremely lovely little collage of cuteness is courtesy of our friends at Cheeky Britches. The AW13 collection features a modern Japanese palette with cultural patterns, luxurious bamboo & cotton fabrics (you have to feel the softness to believe it) and fresh, cheerful colours. Oh, and their famous Samurai pants have been altered to accommodate a brace for babies with hip dysplasia. What a fab idea!
You can shop online for some Cheeky Britches goodies, or visit the crew on Facebook.
I’m completely smitten with these wild handmade, cuddle-worthy creations by Little Goodall. You may remember seeing some of Molly’s children’s coats on KID independent previously, but as we’re coming around to another winter, I couldn’t resist sharing the latest styles. Now… which one to choose? I think I’m learning towards the little Sweetheart Owl… lovely!
