I’ve fallen in love with a pair of itty bitty Samurai Pants from Melbourne-based kids’ label Cheeky Britches. You can see them below, dancing their way around the hips of a little lovely model, paired with Cheeky Britches tank top. They are available in Lavender, Bimbo/Coral (as pictured), and Mushroom. Sizes are available for 0 – 2 years… Comfy, cute, creative and quirky!

Cheeky Britches is the creative brainchild of Giorgia Goddard and Lucy Scott, friends, mothers and entrepreneurs. Oh my lovely! A sneak preview of the Fleur + Dot Autumn Winter 2012 Collection has just been released… and it’s fabulous! I’ve been oohing and ahhing over high-waisted shorts and wide-leg pants, tailored tops and pussy bows, polka dots, stripes and florals… *swoon*

The Fleur + Dot Autumn Winter collection will be available from August 2012, with pre-order from July at the Fleur + Dot online boutique.

Charlie Bird Clothing – New Winter Releases!

Late last week a cheerful email popped up in my inbox containing some lovely new creations from Ali at Charlie Bird Clothing. This season Ali has picked out rich ruby reds, lashings of strawberries, and liberal servings of Crème Glacée to create a range that sounds every bit as delicious as it looks.

My favourite garment in the Charlie Bird Clothing Winter 2012 collection is the Strawberry Shortcake Blouse (pictured below) for its darling vintage style and whimsical Peter Pan collar. I’m also fond of the Ruby Pop Wool Cape which works so well, as paired above with slim jeans and ballet flats.

Buttonlove Winter 2012 Collection

Today I’d like to share a few of goodies from the Buttonlove Winter 2012 Collection. The range is designed in New Zealand by Cat Fawcett and has an emphasis on mix and match styling and practical pieces that hold their shape after a wash. The collection includes skinny jeans (I love these), merino cardis, dresses and skirts, berets and this season’s signature piece, the bomber jacket.

Buttonlove is stocked at selected retailers and is also available online. The colour palette this season is hot pink, navy blue, black and grey marl, rosettes, and stripes and is available in sizes 0 – 3.

A dedicated lover of the rockabilly style, I’m especially digging the Mr Allister Shirt and the Kustom Jeans… oh, and the Dr Roth Cardigan… the Auto Shop Shirt… and the Johnny Jacket… um, here’s a visual display!
