If there’s one thing that always makes me smile, it’s shopping for itty bitty baby goodies for showers, birthdays, christenings {well, any excuse really…}. Today I stumbled across the Zoo Babies collection of organic onesies by design Vanja Kragulj and promptly added them to my favourites list.

I’m always enchanted by one-of-a-kind items for kids. This week I was admiring a few eco-friendly outfits from My Fair Maiden, handmade from re-purposed vintage fabrics and trim in fresh colours and patterns. I’m a bit sweet on the Holly Hobby Dress as it brings back my own childhood memories. Hoorah for entrepreneurial mums with great ideas! Earlier this month I had the pleasure of meeting Melinda Charlesworth, Mum to baby Wilson, and the brains behind a new Australian product called Nioka Botanicals 100% Natural Bottom Spray.

Myopic Monster and Friends

Hi folks, I’m writing this post on the fly after evacuating the office yesterday due to rising flood waters. It’s going to be a monumental clean-up here in QLD and we still haven’t seen the worst of it. I’m trying to keep my spirits up, and this little guy from Canadian handmade kids label Coucou Salut gave me a bit of a smile!
